SMS Terms

1. The texts

Neurotoned check-ins is a text message program run by Neurotoned LLC, 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901. If you say yes to texts, we send check-ins about how your Neurotoned programme is going, practice tips, and, now and then, an offer such as a free programme or a free trial of the Neurotoned membership. You can text us back, and our assistant or a person on our team will answer.

2. How you join

You join on your programme page, after you buy, by entering your mobile number and ticking the box that says yes to check-ins and practice tips. A second, separate box says yes to member offers, such as a free trial of the membership; it is optional, and offers are texted only if you tick it. Neither box is ever ticked for you, and saying yes is never a condition of any purchase. You can see the sign-up box at /sms-opt-in.

Within the hour you get one text confirming it: “Neurotoned check-ins: thanks for signing up! Expect up to 4 texts a week about your program. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

3. How often

Up to 4 texts a week, usually fewer, plus our answers when you text us. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. You will get one text confirming it, and no more after that. Reply START to join again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@neurotoned.com.

The help text reads: “Neurotoned check-ins: program tips and offers, up to 4 texts/week. Msg & data rates may apply. Help: support@neurotoned.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”

The stop text reads: “Neurotoned check-ins: you're unsubscribed and will get no more texts from us. Reply START to join again. Help: support@neurotoned.com”

The start text reads: “Neurotoned check-ins: you're subscribed again. Up to 4 texts a week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

5. Your number and your privacy

We use your number only to send these texts and to answer yours. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the company that delivers our texts (Twilio), so it can deliver them. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest of what we collect and how we use it.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
