- Progressive relaxation–A technique that focuses on tensing and releasing your body’s muscles, one by one, to promote complete body relief. For example, you begin by clenching your toes for five seconds, then releasing them. Next, you’ll move to your calves: tense them for five seconds and release. Continue up your body, tensing and releasing all your muscle groups to summon a powerful relaxation.

Week 3 - reconnecting you with your self-agency
Week 4 - gently guide you away from living in fear
